Acceptable Use Policy
These rules protect the marketplace from fraud, abuse, unsafe listings, and harmful behaviour. Everyone using LizBet Drive is expected to follow them, whether they are browsing, listing, booking, supporting, or administering the platform.
1. Fraud and Misrepresentation
- No false identities, fake documents, stolen vehicles, or misleading listings.
- No manipulation of package limits, approvals, renewals, or booking eligibility.
- No use of duplicate accounts to gain unfair access or avoid restrictions.
2. Unsafe or Illegal Use
- Do not use the platform to support unlawful transport, stolen goods, or criminal activity.
- Do not operate or list unroadworthy, uninsured, prohibited, or unauthorized vehicles.
- Do not allow unauthorized drivers to use rented vehicles where that is not permitted.
3. Abuse and Harassment
- No harassment, threats, hate speech, stalking, intimidation, or abusive communication.
- No spamming, unsolicited promotion, or misuse of contact details from the platform.
- Respect the privacy, safety, and time of hosts, renters, staff, and admins.
4. Data and System Abuse
- Do not scrape protected data, probe accounts, inject malicious code, or attack the platform.
- Do not share access tokens, passwords, or private account data with unauthorized users.
- Do not attempt to bypass moderation, verification, or role-based access controls.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate reports, remove content, suspend accounts, reject listings, cancel platform access, or refer matters for legal review where conduct creates risk for the community or the business.
